Check Your Nutrition Plan with USDA Food Pyramid
Questions almost always are brought to my attention about fad diets. Responding with a confident precise answer can be a challenge. Essentially to lose weight, calories expended must be more than calories ingested. Most diets operate with this theory in one way or another. Does eating grapefruit or rice work? Yes, as long as the calories expended are more than the ingested calories. Remember diets are only designed for short time periods. Essentially a balanced, low-calorie, multiple meal diet each day will yield better long term results than fad diets.
