Keep Up Your Exercise on the Road

This is an old bit of “news” but it’s still on target for those of our friends who are travelling a lot. It’s important to keep up those exercise routines while you are away from home, to keep your positive habits of health strong. Check out these tips from the American College of Sports Medicine.
