					<description>yeah, sometimes I think a resolution is a way not to do something.  It's too much of a process.  What works better for me is to set a target, and then not let the excuses keep me from reaching it.</description>

					<description>I think we let excuses prevent us from being successful.  If you have a sore knee, you can still do cardio.  Our resolutions should be to work harder on physical activity than the excuses we come up with to not work out.</description>
